Shipping policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During drops or high volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping Time: Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or customs.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, SABIQOON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Damages: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
